I'm beginning to understand that a good deal with the merchants for youthful women which are low-cost for instance Eternally 21, H & M, Charlotte Russe, and Wet Seal have garments that are of extremely poor high quality. I recently purchased a Forever 21 dress (for less than $220 thank goodness) and within a day of wearing it there's already a small hole in it! I go to these merchants because I don't want to spend a great deal of money on clothing but if the quality is so poor then I am probably better off spending $210 more on the same thing.
Where can I go to get high quality? I've gone to Macy's but most in the time their wedding dresses seem too expensive. There are times wherever I go to Target and their garments are more expensive than Charlotte Russe! I'm in my mid-20's and would like garments which are sophisticated, offer a range of styles, and is a place wherever I could go shopping 5-6 times a year without breaking the bank.
