personal thought was that a boy had to be involved as the babysitter was extremely attractive and in the beautiful bridal early twenties. bad decision on the beautiful bridal part needles to say. the beautiful bridal recently worked at a wedding and that couple attended and the beautiful bridal spoke about it at great length.

　　据《民主与法制时报》报道，一个月之前，在山西省古县县城，两名男子因为与一女子的感情纠葛，一名男子用步枪将另一人打死。这起恶性事件，在当地引起轩然大波，杀人者的凶器、行凶者的身份以及纠缠在漩涡中的女子都成为街头巷尾的谈资。但就在数天后，枪杀案再度升级，竟然牵出了古县国土资源局局长玉德河，私藏枪支、家藏巨款等问题浮出水面。（郭新磊）

　　缘起

　　鲁莽司机枪杀情敌

　　古县位于山西省临汾市东北部，地处太岳山南麓。2010年6月5日，郭志强，同几位亲友及何瑞卿等人一起在饭店吃饭。酒过三巡，郭提及正与该县北平镇的孙梅(化名)交往。哪知这番夸耀引来何瑞卿的不满，声称自己同孙梅一年多前就交往着。双方趁着酒劲互掐，最终发生争吵。人多势众的郭志强及其亲友共4人将一直不服气的何瑞卿带上车，拉到古县北平镇芦家庄附近一公路旁。在公路旁的山坡上，何瑞卿遭到郭志强等人的殴打。下午5时许，郭志强从车中拿出一把半自动步枪，对准了何瑞卿的头部，坚持让何低头服软。最后，恼羞之下的郭志强扣动了手中的步枪。

　　数日后，警方即将几名涉案人抓获。当警方公布出抓捕名单后，小小的古县城沸腾了��除了当日参加枪杀的郭志强等4人以及与死者和行凶者有感情纠葛的孙梅外，玉德河竟然也在其列。

　　发展

　　局长家中查出枪支与巨款

　　玉德河，古县国土资源局局长，在当地也算知名人物。所以玉德河的名字一出现在抓捕名单上，顿时引起轩然大波。

　　根据来自多方渠道的消息，行凶者郭志强系古县国土资源局局长玉德河的司机，其行凶时所开的价值200多万元的奔驰车也是玉德河所有，甚至作案的军用步枪也是玉德河的。

　　随后，警方搜查了玉德河的住所，搜查结果再次引起轰动。

　　无论来自警方内部的消息还是坊间的传闻，都称警方在玉德河的家中又搜到两把枪和数盒子弹以及1200多万元的存折及现金。

　　目前，古县当地已经谈“枪”色变，对于玉德河家有多少枪支的问题尚未有官方声音。但其私藏枪支的问题已经让这位局长有口难辩。

　　据称，玉德河被捕后交代，郭所使用的枪支及两盒子弹来源于已经去世的古县原人武部部长。

　　坊间更传言，涉案的五六式半自动步枪是全国有数的几把丢失的在编军用枪支之一。本来是原人武部部长借予玉德河的，但其去世后再无人过问，这把枪遂流失在外。

　　古县公安局则称，山西省公安厅也成立专案组，案件进展情况公布必须报经省厅，而且此案尚未侦破，目前不便透露任何消息。

　　目前，玉德河因涉嫌私藏枪支已被批捕。

　　但枪案之外，其家中的大量存款及豪华座驾等问题也已引起纪委部门的注意。

　　调查

　　屡获殊荣

　　又是当地一霸

　　古县矿产资源丰富，已探明各类矿产10余种，其中煤炭资源储量49亿吨。该县现有煤矿数十座，煤炭采掘业是整个县城经济发展的支柱产业。古县国土资源局就成为掌控地方“经济命脉”的重要部门。2001年3月，玉德河，这位曾在乡镇担任过纪检副书记、乡镇书记的军人当上了这个要害部门的一把手。

　　在临汾市委宣传部2006年的一份宣传材料上，有对当年古县国土局的总结：“经过3年多的努力，古县先后取缔私开矿121个，刑事拘留私开矿主100多人，处分党政机关干部8人，判刑两人，对私开矿主实施经济处罚200余万元，并将一名为私开矿充当保护伞、通风报信的公安人员清除出了公安队伍。”

　　这些斐然的成绩让玉德河获得了不少荣誉。2004年，他被山西省国土资源厅评为“党风廉政建设先进个人”，而古县国土资源局也多次在市、县获得殊荣，被县委县政府授予“国土资源管理先进单位”，被古县综治办评为“创平安先进集体”，被临汾市政府评为“安全生产先进单位”。

　　但这一切都在枪杀案发生后化为泡影。“他是古县一霸。”古县不少居民这样评价他。关于他的负面故事也流传出不少版本，据传在其担任镇委书记期间，经常呼朋唤友进山打猎，为此家里喂养了3只藏獒。但有次藏獒将横岭村村民家畜咬死，引起村民不满，多次向古县有关部门反映，但最终没有结果。

　　另有当地媒体人士透露，玉德河的藏獒被当地一个小名叫白三儿的人开枪打死，白因私藏枪支弹药被刑事拘留。在侦查审理期间，玉德河怕受牵连，曾经想方设法将白弄出。

　　目前，当地纪委已对玉德河的经济问题立案。

　　结果

　　古县全县缉枪

　　看似私人恩怨的凶杀却将一位国土局长拉下马，而这起案件引起山西省公安厅的介入，更多的原因还是流失在外的枪支。据古县公安内部人士透露，古县当地不少人都有枪，这些人都属于有钱有势的群体，警方早有耳闻，但基本都睁一只眼闭一只眼。

　　但“6?5枪杀案”发生后，警方态度迅速改变。2010年6月13日，古县召开“治爆缉枪专项行动”动员会，会议由古县公安局党委书记、局长董斌主持。这次会议上，董斌首先通报了“6?5枪杀案”的进展情况。之后，该局副局长赵丁国宣读了拟定好的《古县治爆缉枪专项行动工作方案》。

　　会议结束后，古县县委常委、政法委书记赵海山与各乡镇签订了关于?爆缉枪专项行动目标责任书。

大三男生暑假回家当日被父亲投毒

　　荆楚网消息 (楚天金报)特约记者陈实通讯员习贝报道：大学生儿子暑假回家当日，竟被父亲投毒中毒住院。至昨日，中毒的大三学生小吴(化名，男，21岁)仍在抢救中。

　　据汉川警方介绍，前日，在武汉读大三的小吴放暑假回到汉川马口镇石头路家中。当晚7时左右，小吴炒了两道菜，准备与父亲吴某共进晚餐，不料，吴某竟因故趁儿子不备，将老鼠药撒入菜中，致小吴食用后中毒。

　　目前，小吴已被转入武汉同济医院救治。吴某因涉嫌故意杀人罪被汉川警方刑拘，其具体投毒原因尚在调查中。
